Turbine Flow Meter
Our Turbine Flow Meters have a unique open bearing design which allows the measured media to flow freely thru the bearings and therefore providing continuous lubrication. This also eliminates unwanted deposits and allows for free flow of cleaning agents during CIP. This design, especially with petroleum products, provides added lubrication of the bearings and substantially increases the lifetime of the Turbine Flow Meter. We currently have a large number of Turbine Flow Meters still in use since the 70's & 80's - which should be proof enough of its impeccable service record.
Our Turbine flow meter range was first designed in the 1970's and this design has survived well in a highly competitive environment since. Our Turbine Flow Meters are made with extremely small tolerances for error. This allows us to provide replacement Internals only to existing Turbine Flow Meters. This way, our customers only need to replace worn parts instead of replacing the whole Flow Meter. The replacement Internals are of course delivered pre-calibrated with K-factor and calibration certificate.
