Quality & Control
We have an in-house quality & control system that follows product production from design to final assembly and delivery. A lot of effort is always spent on ensuring continued high quality in all of our products; as such we have implemented stringent testing routines and quality control of all of our products. All components are thoroughly examined and checked to see that they meet our high standards and that they meet set specifications. All products are thoroughly tested prior to delivery to see that they are free from any faults or flaws.
Our pre-delivery testing system is designed to closely simulate field conditions; this includes subjecting products & product components to high temperatures, vibrations, and general maximum load (overload) conditions. This way we know that each delivered product retains the high quality for which we stand. It is always difficult to simulate field conditions, which is also why our long experience is proven to be so valuable for our customers.
