PA 97 Pick-up sensor
We can provide our Turbine Flow Meters with the option of a 2-pin Pick-up sensor or 3-pin pick-up sensor with built in
pre-amplifier. Which type you need depends on your application. The PA 97 is a Hall-effect sensor and provides a square wave output each time a blade passes by. It has a built in pre-amplifier so there is no need for additional amplifying equipment. The Hall-effect sensor also produces less magnetic drag on the rotor and is more suitable for lower flow rates.
